Screening Test for Contract Tagging

The project will involve quickly and accurately identifying key provisions of a variety of different contracts. The test is designed to assess your ability to review and identify contract provisions.

Instructions
  1. Please use a computer/ Laptop for doing the test- As you may not see the complete Test via Mobile.
  2. The contract provided on the left side panel- it will be only Seen in Desktop/Laptop.
  3. You need to answer the questions provided under the contract (See below).
  4. The questions are based on the clauses inside the contracts.
  5. Read through the contract and identify the provisions.
  6. Copy and paste the relevant text in the answer sheet inside the box provided.
  7. We are not asking you for a general definition based on your knowledge. Also, Do not Google the Answers
  8. You can use Ctrl +F for searching. However, please note the requested clauses may not be found by search only, and you may find the clause under a different heading and based on your interpretation.
  9. The TEST Page will automatically close after 15 minutes
  10. Click “Submit” when you are done.
  11. Please do not reattempt as only the first submitted paper will be evaluated.
